We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us, and if you aren’t, we offer a 30 day return policy, subject to a 3% transaction fee. This transaction fee can be waived at our discretion in most cases. This fee offsets our transaction costs for receiving your payment that are no longer refunded to us when we issue a refund, and typically is debited from a refund for a cancelled order that isn’t shipped to you or a change of address after ordering.
We often receive requests shortly after ordering for a change/correction of shipping address, and we cannot ship to anywhere but the address that PayPal has sent us. The only way to get the right address is to cancel your order and issue you a refund, have you update or correct your address with PayPal, and reorder. We ask that you verify your shipping information before placing an order with us to avoid an issue with the address correction.
